Mindful Freedom Psychological Services Corp was founded by Dr.Fernandez, Laura in 2022. The name was derived out of Dr.Fernandez's passion for helping others free themselves from toxic relationships, psychological abuse (particularly narcissistic abuse),  low self esteem, and people pleasing tendencies. 

Our team is composed of Spanish speaking providers that can provide services to adults and geriatric patients in their native language.

-Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 4 PM. We do NOT work or open or Fridays or weekend days.

-Lunes a Jueves de 8 AM a 4 PM. No trabajamos ni abrimos los Viernes o fines de semana.
